Export Compliance Statement

Last updated: July 13, 2026

GXC GLOBAL ("GXC GLOBAL") sources, sells, and exports industrial equipment internationally. This statement describes our policy commitments regarding compliance with applicable United States export control and trade sanctions laws. It is a statement of policy, not a certification of specific regulatory registrations; specific certifications or licenses, where they exist, are documented separately and available on request.

Questions about a specific export scenario, license requirement, or restricted-party screening result? Contact us directly at sales@gxcglobal.com before proceeding with a transaction.

Our Commitment

GXC GLOBAL is committed to conducting international sales and export activities in compliance with applicable U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), economic sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and, where applicable to specific equipment categories, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the U.S. Department of State.

Restricted Party Screening

As a matter of policy, GXC GLOBAL screens international transactions against applicable U.S. government restricted, denied, and sanctioned party lists before finalizing an export quote or shipment. Transactions that raise a compliance concern are reviewed further before proceeding, and may be declined or delayed pending that review.

Export Classification and Licensing

Where equipment or components require an export license or specific classification (such as an Export Control Classification Number, or ECCN) prior to shipment, GXC GLOBAL works to identify that requirement as part of the quoting process and will not knowingly proceed with a shipment that requires a license we have not obtained.

Documentation

For international shipments, GXC GLOBAL prepares standard export documentation as applicable to the transaction, which may include a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any required export license or authorization.

Customer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate end-use and end-user information, complying with import requirements in the destination country, and promptly notifying GXC GLOBAL of any change in the intended end use, end user, or destination of equipment purchased.

No Diversion

Equipment sold by GXC GLOBAL may not be resold, transferred, exported, or re-exported in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws, including to any destination, entity, or end use prohibited under those laws.
